A point to point course on the bike path, course starting quarter of a mile south of Spring Creek Road on the bike path and heading south to the Marathon Finish line at Pope Beach.  Run  across Taylor Creek and glimpse the spawning salmon and through the lake front Valhalla Historical site and finish at the marathon finish line at Pope Beach. Medals for all finishers, wind shirts for participants, overall awards for winners and masters, and 5 year age division awards.

Baby strollers are welcome for the 5K  as it is all on the bike path.
