5K run-walk

Start and finish at Pope Beach
A new course in 2010. A point to point all
on bike path, course starting at the 23.1 mile mark on the marathon course. Run
the last 3.1 miles through the Valhalla Historical site on the Lake and finish
at the marathon finish line on Pope Beach.
Medals for all finishers, wind shirts for participants, overall awards for
winners and masters, and 5 year age division
awards.
Baby strollers are welcome for the 5K as we do not run on any streets. Part of the course is on dirt trail.
