Race Day Child Care is available  at the Tahoe Montessori School  (530)544-1818 or email, which is located about one mile from race day HQ at Camp Richardson Resort. Drop your child off as early as 6:30 a.m. then drive and park your car at Camp Richardson parking area which is the first driveway past the Pope Beach turnoff. Tahoe Montessori is just two blocks off Hwy. 89 at the corner of 844 Glorene Av. at 8th Street. 8th Street is at the Corner of Alpina Sierra Coffee Co. And alternative to child care is the the 2 person Marathon Relay. It was designed for running couples with child care needs. The second runner waits at the half way point with the baby, and car keys ready to tag hands and make the exchange of the keys and kids. See the Relay link for details.
