Recently I was looking for a place closer to Austin where I could safely store my boat and rent a tour boat for a family vacation - and I came across VIP Lake Travis. They are located very close to the city, a couple of trifles to get there, and the service is top notch. You can check it out here. I immediately felt that they care about their customers: guarded parking for boats, convenient access, everything is clean and organized. Renting a tour boat was a pleasant surprise - the boat was in perfect condition, comfortable, with an excellent audio system and even a captain who knows the most picturesque corners of Lake Travis. We rode the whole day, enjoyed the views and warm atmosphere, had a picnic right on the water. It was the best decision for the weekend!
