Started using OfferUp to buy and sell items locally, but I’ve encountered some issues with a recent transaction. I tried reaching out to their customer support to resolve the problem, but I haven’t had much luck getting a timely response. Feeling a bit frustrated, I thought it would be helpful to see if anyone else has faced similar issues and how they were able to get assistance.
