You can request to start early in order to finish by Noon. 

The Cal-Neva Marathon is a boutique marathon limited to 100  runners. It is run as part of the Tahoe Triple. The  course starts at The Snow Play Area off of H28 (near Spooner Summit), Nevada, which is near the H28 & H50 intersection, and ends on Commons Beach in Tahoe City, CA.  This marathon can be run a la carte or as  part of the Triple Marathon. 

Shuttle buses will take you to the start line, leaving from next to the Tahoe Beach Retreat across from Safeway in South Lake Tahoe. Post-race transportation is not included, so you will need to arrange your own transportation after the run. A support crew is strongly suggested for your transportation needs, encouragement, nutrition and picture taking.
