Clockwise around the lake (except for the Midnight Express which is counter-clockwise

Please stay on the shoulder facing traffic, or on the sidewalk or bike paths on the lake side of the road

Completely self supporting with no time limit (Midnight Express is supported)

Do not wear your race number

Wear appropriate lighting and reflective clothing - you will need a head lamp!
