Hi everyone! I recently saw a battery-powered hair dryer in a store. It looks interesting, but I'm wondering how effective it is compared to regular corded models. Has anyone used one of these? Is it worth getting, or is it more of a toy than a real replacement?

If you are looking for something reliable for travel, I would recommend you consider a dual voltage travel hair dryer instead. It works worldwide and you don’t have to worry about the battery dying while drying your hair. I ended up buying this after my battery powered experiment and it was a deal breaker for travel.
